- **Position Overview**:_ We are seeking motivated and dependable Snow Removal Operators to join our team for the remaining winter season. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a strong work ethic, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Operate Compact Loaders such as:

- **Jcb**:

- **Cat**:

- **New holland**:

- **John Deere**:

- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events.
- **Maintain equipment and report any issues to management.**:

- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- **Communicate effectively with management and team members during snow events**:

- Maintain and supervise overall route and site maintenance throughout the season ensuring no slipping hazards or risk of ice accumulation
- Supervision over route captain and ground crew
- A willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the clients and publics safety on the sites you are responsible for by taking pride in your work
- **Qualifications**:_
- Previous supervisory experience over small crews 2-8members
- **Previous experience in snow removal or landscaping is required**:

- Must have a Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- **Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.**:

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- **Availability for on-call, Early mornings, Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays as needed**:
