**Qualifications**:

- Must be fluent in English
- Must have some automotive knowledge
- Must have knowledge of the Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville & Mississauga area
- Ability to reliably commute to the Burlington office
- Self Motivated, Driven, strong attention to detail
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment as things can change on a minute by minute basis.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Communicate clearly, effectively and promptly with Drivers, Emergency Dispatchers [MTO, OPP, Halton Police, Hamilton Police etc.
- Handle all aspects of the customer experience from dispatching, releasing vehicles, answering questions and handling concerns.
- Keep and maintain accurate and meticulous records/notes of all interactions with the public or emergency services.
- Send end of day scheduling and plans for the night and following day.
- Continuously monitor towing software to stay updated on upcoming service and tow requests.
- Effectively dispatch drivers to the appropriate calls based on customer and truck requirements.
- Assist drivers with pricing information and provide any necessary details required to successfully complete the job.
- Utilize GPS systems to track drivers, assist in dispatching and aid in route planning.
- Monitor traffic conditions and compass cameras to anticipate potential dispatch requirements for our driver team.
- Handle various payment methods, including cash, debit, or credit card transactions, and maintain an organized record of all receipts and documents.
- Prioritize delivering high-quality service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Thoroughly review driver-provided information and rates on invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Send end of day reports at the end of each shift to the management as per JKM Towing procedures.
- At the start of each shift, conduct a structured roll call via our two-way radio system to ensure all drivers are present and prepared to be assigned any tow calls/requests.
- *All required training will be provided.*

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
