We have an exciting opportunity for a **Branch Manager at Toronto Pearson International Airport** to become a part of our team. The **Branch Manage**r will be the main contact for management decisions within the operation. The Branch Manager will coordinate operations and ensure compliance with all administrative policies, procedures, safety rules and government regulations.

They will also work closely with our customer, on all station issues, in conjunction with our Program Administrator and the established Contractual Agreement.
Below is a detailed list which includes, but is not limited to, the Branch Manager’s basic job requirements, duties, responsibilities, and expectations.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Minimum 3 - 5 years supervisory or management experience.
- Experience with high profile customers
- Having a mechanical or technical aptitude/experience would be a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills (vlookups and pivot tables)
- Ability to effectively manage, mentor and motivate team members
- Enjoys a challenge and resolving problems.
- Experience working in Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
- Must fluently communicate and write in English. Any additional languages are beneficial and would be considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Mechanical and Technical aptitude and/or experience would be considered an advantage
- Knowledge and/or experience within the global industrial and automotive parts marketplace would also be considered an advantage
- **Essential Job Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations**:_
- **Coordinate Activities**: Plan, direct, and coordinate functional areas of activities, including receiving, order processing, materials management, and cost control.
- **Monitor Operations**: Monitor the flow of work throughout the warehouse, investigating unusual delays, and/or problem areas, and then take appropriate action.
- **Assure Communication**: Coordinate activities and assure communication between departments, shifts and customers. Participate in and conduct a variety of meetings to coordinate warehouse activities, control processes, and to address problem areas.
- **Plans, Objectives and Goals**: Ensure all operating objectives, goals, and performance standards are communicated throughout the Operation. Hold all staff within the branch accountable for meeting and/or exceeding these specific goals.
- **Work Schedules**: Assure appropriate work schedules and staffing levels while reducing the incremental cost of utilizing overtime labor.
- **Training Programs**: Assure the availability of appropriate supervisory and employee training programs for both new and existing employees.
- **Safety and Housekeeping**: Ensure that good housekeeping and safe operating procedures and practices are followed throughout the facility.
- **Petty Cash Account**:Control and manage all incoming and outgoing receipts keeping account up to date and accurate.
- **Retail Sales**:Work closely with Retail Sales Manager to ensure customer satisfaction while at the same time increasing our customer base.'
