As Branch Leader you are the GRENKE’s executive ambassador on the local market by leading the Ontarian branch.

Your mission is to manage the sales development of the branch in accordance with the Group strategy expansion. With more than 40 years of experience in IT Leasing service, you will spread the strong GRENKE culture to your local colleagues and partners. Our reputation is based on an efficient customer service experience: you will be responsible to enhance the relationship with our existing partners and clients.

The sales objectives is linked the global Canadian target: you will develop the customer portfolio and the business volume in accordance to GRENKE’s guidelines and targets. This requires an ability to focus on two channels: direct sales with customers and longterm partnership with IT/Medical/Industrial resellers.

To align GRENKE's targets and customer needs, you oversee a variety of activities: market analysis, sales reports, quality & quantitative targets, new opportunities identification, setting-up team targets and helping the branch in its daily activities (i.e. credit assessment, offer preparation, after sales, training, etc) while ensuring innovation and best use of technology.

On a parallel activity, there will be regular updates with all our compliance process to fulfill the change or requirement.

Your work day is exciting and full of high-impact decisions related to: leasing contracts, customer requirements, employee motivation, hiring, administration and safety in the office. Participating in events and fairs that represent GRENKE is not unusual.

You are managing a profit center and you are responsible of the profitability of the branch, under the supervision of the Managing director.

**Expected Job Duties not limited to**:

- Managing daily business with the team and branch
- Managing key customers, developing distribution channel partners in Information Technology, Medical, Gym and other office manufacturing vendors.
- Managing key customers who are dealing directly with Grenke in various fields or industries across Ontario (Toronto and greater Toronto)
- Travel where required to meet and On board customers for Grenke and support Sales team
- Helping Sales teams to select prospects and develop their Go To Market Strategy in line with Grenke directives
- Constantly innovating by adding new products to lease in Ontario
- Admin is a great part of back-office function. Your role will be to ensure the department operates as per required ethics and deadlines in payment collections and safeguard branch liquidity.
- Most importantly plan for next 3 years growth strategy and lead to achieve goals, add new product lines to offer lease solution in Ontario
- Motivate branch teammates to excel
- Maintain branch profitability to have a successful P&L and ensure cashflow sufficiency
- Risk Management
- Travel required as per business needs

**Terms of Employment**:Full Time, Permanent

**Salary**:CAD 90,000 to CAD 120,000

**Skills**: the applicant should graduate with a minimum experience of 15 years plus in sales, of which he/ she should have managerial experience supervising a team for a minimum of 10 years, preferably in sales and fulfilling branch management obligations. Knowledge of risk management in the financial industry will be added advantage which will help in credit analysis and evaluation of customers.

An experience in dealing with a European headquarter as the headquarter is based in Europe will be helpful and appreciated.

A masters post graduate degree will be an advantage
