Overview:
Arab Atlantic, a family-owned real estate company in Bedford, NS, owns and operates a portfolio of commercial and residential properties. We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of these properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and deliver exceptional service to our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the residential portfolio, including screening prospective tenants, creating leases for qualified tenants, manage the move-in / move-out inspections and coordination.
- Manage and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Oversee the general upkeep, repairs, cleaning, and maintenance of the properties, ensuring they are always in optimal condition.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for property maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in the preparation and management of property budgets, ensuring expenses are in line with financial goals.
- Ensure that all properties are in compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on property conditions, maintenance activities, and financial performance.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in residential or commercial property management, and well versed in the NS Residential Tenancy Act and Regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Sharepoint), any experience with property management software is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks and projects with limited direction.
- Resourceful and proactive in handling issues that may arise, with the ability to work independently.
- Must have a professional presence, a positive attitude, and be a collaborative team player.
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
