Bedford, Canada Home Keepers Property Maintenace Full time

Home Keepers is looking to hire an experienced, hard working and reliable property maintenance crew lead. We provide property maintenance of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties through out HRM. Services include mowing, lawn care, garden bed maintenance and grounds keeping. We are seeking a motivated individual who has interest in growing with the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a crew and ensure all work is done correctly and efficiently
- Ensure the safety of employees and equipment.
- Provide and lead training for crew members.
- Supervise employees and develop plans to ensure that everyone is doing their jobs well.
- Operate equipment as needed.
- Ensure that all workers are performing their jobs adequately

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- 2+ years experience in property maintenance and mowing
- Flexibility to work various Saturdays

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Signing bonus
