**Position**: Logistics Supervisor (DFA)
**Term**: Full Time
**Location**: Various Sites, Mobile position
- Reporting to the Distribution and Customer Service Manager, the Logistics Supervisor plays a key role in supporting day-to-day management of product flows and customer service. The Logistics Supervisor promotes safety and works closely with both the Customer Experience team and operations team to deliver good service to our customers._

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation and Dufferin Aggregates Health and safety policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the supervision and training of the Scale Operators, scheduling and ensuring appropriate staffing and performance management.
- Support recruitment & on-boarding of new employees
- Support and execute on inbound materials processes and requirements.
- Ability to coach, mentor and develop Scale Operators and Team lead.
- Seek and implement new and innovative ideas to increase service and reduce costs.
- Build positive relationships with the Commercial team, Operations, Customers and Freight Vendors while promoting customer service focus amongst team members.
- Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports to the Distribution and Customer Experience Manager
- Ensuring O2C KPIs are met through accurate process execution and ticketing.
- Support and participate in multifunctional team initiatives.
- Continuously strive to implement ways to improve performance.
- Assist with any other studies, projects, or assignments as required.
- Act as a liaise to ensure effective communication between internal and external customers.
- Work closely with the Customer Experience Team to ensure customer commitments can be achieved.
- Handle customer concerns/inquiries, troubleshooting service and quality related.
- Travel to various Dufferin Aggregates locations as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Position Requirements**
- Proficient in APEX, Microsoft Office, SAP, SoilFlo
- Prior DFA Dispatch experience is preferred.

**Educational Criteria**
- Bachelor’s Degree, applicable studies or equivalent work experience
