**About the Job**

Inland Industrial Supply Ltd. is a wholesale distributor supplying a variety of safety tools and job site consumables with exceptional service to the industrial construction and fabricating market. We are searching for a skilled Gas Detection Monitor Technician to join our ARC Services team.

Some of the job duties include, but are not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Test, maintain, and recertify gas detection monitors
- Perform regular maintenance checks and calibrations on gas detection monitors
- Troubleshoot and repair gas detection monitoring equipment as needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of all equipment maintenance, repairs, and installations
- Prepare service quotes using the Inland Industrial Supply Ltd. ERP system
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry standards

**Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with the drive to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High sense of urgency with respect to customer service

**Qualifications**
- Applicants must be willing to work in Edmonton, Alberta
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in gas detection monitoring or related field
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Industry knowledge and experience in safety and construction consumables is an asset

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
