Are you a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of pipe fabrication and welding? We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Shop Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team of skilled welders and fitters at our Guelph facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate shop personnel including welders and fitters.
- Manage the fabrication of various piping systems including gas lines, oil pipelines, and process piping.
- Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met or exceeded.
- Provide technical guidance on welding processes including Fluxcore, MIG, and Stick.
- Review drawings and specifications to plan and estimate projects accurately.
- Coordinate material procurement and workflow to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team development.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience managing a fabrication shop or welding team.
- Strong knowledge of piping systems (gas, oil, and process piping).
- Proficient in Fluxcore, MIG, and Stick welding techniques.
- Experience in project estimation and fabrication planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Pay: $150,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
