**Job Overview**
PipeVision Technology Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Technical Sales and Marketing Associate** to spearhead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and enhancing brand visibility across Canada.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and engage potential clients to grow the customer base and build long-term business relationships.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Create and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue and market share.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Plan and execute marketing initiatives across digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising to boost brand visibility.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data and insights.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee budgets for sales and marketing activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- **Product Promotion**: Run Google Ads campaigns, manage product updates, and maintain online product listings across digital platforms.
- **Event Participation**: Travel across Canada as needed for trade shows, product demonstrations, and client visits.

**Experience**
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role, preferably within the industrial equipment, construction, or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales, and build lasting client relationships.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, Google Ads, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes, including prospecting, presenting solutions, handling objections, and negotiating deals.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on measurable results.
- Prior involvement in trade shows, product demos, or technical presentations is an asset.

**Compensation**
- **Base Salary**: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
- **Commission Structure**: Performance-based commission on sales, with uncapped earning potential

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
