**About Us**
Alarmtron is looking for an experienced security technician to join our team. We are a team full of diverse individuals who work hard whilst maintaining a fun work environment. We specialize in custom commercial systems including but not limited to visual verification camera systems, ULC fire systems, access control, and more.

**Responsibilities**
Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Reviewing installation quotations, organizing required equipment and tools, and coordinating the installation schedule with clients
Plan installations by surveying and evaluating location, identifying installation requirements, and developing installation plans
Install equipment, run wiring, and program gear
Testing equipment, connections, and signals and correcting relevant issues
Ability to use small hand and power tools safely and efficiently

**Qualifications & Abilities**
Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract is required
Valid TQ certification is preferred.
Technical Safety BC Field Safety Representative (Class SA FSR) is a valuable asset.
Comfortable working with heights and outdoors
Highly adaptable to changing technologies, methods, and procedures.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, or out of town jobs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour
