**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform general maintenance tasks including (but not limited to) carpentry, and painting.
- Conduct repairs on appliances, fixtures, and furniture as needed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Assist in the installation of new appliances or fixtures.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

**Experience**
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
- Familiarity with safety practices related to maintenance work.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- A valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites.
- Certification in relevant fields (e.g., plumbing, electrical) is a plus but not mandatory.
