**_DESIRED SKILLS_**
- Previous property management / handyman experience
- Experience with general building maintenance and upkeep
- General knowledge of machinal functions
- Knowledge of Muskoka bylaw and permits
- G Driver’s license Required
- Boating license is required
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Good relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Expert prioritization skills
- Experience with snow plowing
- Strong problem-solving skills

**_ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- Ability to take direction and execute tasks efficiently
- Must be able to use and operate general yard equipment
- Landscaping and tree care
- Garbage removal
- Knowledge with scheduling subcontractors
- Must have general landscaping knowledge
- Must have general home maintenance knowledge

**_SALARY_**:

- This is an independent contractor position for the first 90 days
- $28.50/hourly based on an average 42-hour work week
- After 3-month probation eligible for year-round salary on payroll with employee insurance benefits
- **6-12-month review period**:

- Based on availability, consistency and overall performance a profit-sharing bonus and incentive program can be achieved between 6-12 months of employment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Muskoka, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
