The postdoctoral fellow will be associated with an established research team working in tissue engineering at a Québec university institution. Nominations will need to meet the criteria of the academic institution and Meatleo.

Meatleo aims to develop meat that is tasty, nutritious, respectful of animals and our planet and we want to produce it as quickly as possible. To carry out this ambitious project, we must build a multi-talented team, made up of people who thrive on the most stimulating challenges.

**Required Skills**:

- Solid experience in cell culture.
- Isolation and characterization of primary cells.
- Cellular characterization by traditional methods, immunofluorescence, microscopy.
- Expansion and differentiation of stem cells is an asset.
- Development of culture media.
- Culture in bioreactor.

**Qualifications required**
- PhD in cell biology or related sciences e.g., engineering with proven expertise in cell biology.
- Interest in biomanufacturing and technological development in conjunction with the private sector.
