**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, including countertops, cooking equipment, and storage areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing and chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and preparing sauces and dressings.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and staff.
- Stock and replenish kitchen inventory, including food items, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies.
- Assist chefs and cooks as needed during peak hours, including but not limited to plating dishes, assembling ingredients, and running food to the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow, communicating any issues or concerns promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code, punctuality, and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.75-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
