As a Operations Manager, you will be responsible for performance of our production team. You will play a pivotal role in ultimately driving customer satisfaction

**What you would do**:

- Provide leadership to the productions team to complete specific projects
- Be the liaison between the team of foremen and the general manager
- Ensure that a projects are adequately staffed
- Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget
- Ensuring quality work and safe practices
- Use our internal custom software daily
- Planning, budgeting and staying on timeline

**This individual must**:

- MUST have min 5 years of experience in leadership role
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills and integrity are crucial
- Individual must have a valid driver's license
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and specs _preferred_
- Ability to organize a work schedule
- Like to consult and help people
