We are a team working with RE/MAX Excel brokerage located in Midtown Toronto that is looking for a Real Estate Administrator/ Social Media Content Creator who can join our team. This is a full-time position that requires you to come to the office. There will be many opportunities to elevate your career here with leadership roles.

**Admin Responsibilities**:

- Understand the contracts in order to summarize all important terms, conditions, and contingency dates
- Manage marketing supplies and materials Listing coordination including booking of photographer, painter, stager, sign installation/removal, pamphlet creation/printing

**Social Media Content Creator Responsibilities**:

- Design and coordinate long-term marketing projects, such as monthly newsletters, client gifts, birthday cards, listing brochures
- Conduct captivating video tours of residential and commercial properties, showcasing their unique features and amenities.
- Develop creative content for our team leader's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, putting yourself front and center.
- Comfortably command the camera, speaking confidently while highlighting property details and benefits.
- Edit and enhance video footage to produce polished and professional content consistent with our branding.
- Collaborate closely with our team to ensure content meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
- Embrace being the center of attention and thrive in front of the camera
- Perform other duties as assigned, with some personal assistance as required

**Salary**: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
