Real Estate Financial Analyst

Requirements:

- University degree with CPA diploma
- Is familiar with Great Plains and Binary systems software (not mandatory but would be helpful)
- Conduct the A-Z of the real estate companies which will include the following tasks:

- Perform the accounting of the real estate companies including month end closing and journal entries
- Prepare and complete financial statements and account reconciliations
- Respond to third party requests; Auditors, banks as required.
- Prepare and complete all required government filings such as sales tax filings
- Billing of customer/tenant invoices
- Collection of customer/tenant invoices on a timely basis and ensure payments are made within the payment terms while taking appropriate measures when payments are made late.
- Record bank deposits
- Review and record AP invoices
- Manage cash flow and ensure supplier payments are made on a timely basis
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

Assist with other projects related to the real estate companies as required
