Field Service Manager

**LEXIA COMMUNICATIONS INC. an authorized service provider for TELUS **is presently hiring an energetic Full-time **Field Service Manager **_(with benefits and competitive pay)_, who know how to guide, train and manage large groups of techs and have customer service as their first priority.
**THE DUTIES**:
- Providing top-notch CUSTOMER Service to the customers and tech support to the technicians working on field.
- Ongoing inspection of Health & Safety of all the technicians working on field and submitting the report on a daily basis
- Takes a leadership role with technicians that ensures respectful communication, proper performance management, and forward thinking development.
- Assess technician needs as they relate to queue performance and job completions
- Maintains a culture of Continuous Improvement
**Qualifications**
- Able to manage and handle technicians and staff
- Care about providing exceptional customer experiences, overcoming objections, and handling both favorable and unfavorable customer interactions
- Comfortable with computers and technical equipment
- Fluent in English with a clear and genuine communication style, additional languages considered beneficial
- Professional written and oral communication skills
**Personal Qualities**:
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work on multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously and effectively manage deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well in team.
- Excellent customer service skills
**Must to have**
- 2-5 years previous experience and or education in telecommunications and or home security
- A valid class-5 driver’s license
- Must pass a Criminal Background check.
- Extremely Customer oriented
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
