**Customer Service Representative**:

- Cabinet World - Duncan, BC_
- Full-Time or Part-Time Position_

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented **Customer Service Representative** to join our team at Cabinet World This is a key role that supports both front-end showroom activity and back-end order processing to ensure excellent customer experience and efficient operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a friendly, knowledgeable attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of showroom and warehouse areas
- Prepare product orders and assist with order staging and coordination
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
- Create and process sales orders and invoices
- Assist with basic sales and product recommendations in the showroom
- Help with appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Support team with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with good organizational habits
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to assist with light warehouse duties and lifting (up to 40 lbs)

Assets (not required but preferred):

- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Knowledge of cabinetry, renovation, or home design is a plus

Compensation:

- Pay range: _$19 to $23 per hour_, depending on experience and qualifications
- Potential for advancement in sales or project coordination
- Employee discount available
