We firmly believe in the motto "under-promise and over-deliver" - we are ready to exceed our customers’ expectations with exceptional service that’s as responsive as it is reliable. **Responsibilities**: - Responsible for full-cycle payroll processing on a bi-weekly basis - Prepare accounts payable entries, payments and reconciliations - Perform accounts receivable entries cash receipts, reconciliations and collections duties - Assist the Controller in financial management and reporting activities - Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support decision-making processes - Maintain and update accounting system to ensure data integrity - Assist in the implementation of internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets - Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred - Working towards a CPA designation or qualified CPA is an asset - Proven experience in financial analysis, account reconciliation, and financial reporting - Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Programs - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work - Strong organizational and time management skills - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders **About the Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you will be rewarded with: - Extended health, vision, and dental benefits - Long-term disability and life insurance - RRSP Package - Free on-site gym for employees - Staff discounts on tires, parts and mechanical services - Opportunity for advancement - And many more **Give a damn.
