Assistant Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent time management, and a keen eye for detail.

**Duties**:

- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing staff.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct interviews, train new employees, and oversee staff performance.
- Assist in creating work schedules and delegating tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and sales tracking.
- Experience in team management and fostering a positive work environment.
- Knowledge of retail sales practices and strategies.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse customers.

Pay: $19.00-$22.50 per hour
