**About the Position**:
As the Quality Assurance and Logistics Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities related to quality assurance and logistics within the organization. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of products, processes, and facilities to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control processes and best practices.
- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs, reduce lead times, and improve efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to streamline operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Utilize logistics software systems to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate performance reports.
- Maintain pharmacy records, AR accounts, billing, Invoicing, emergency line
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, logistics, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Logistics and QA experience in pharmaceuticals required
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Follows GMP at all times and advice management on the new updates

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
