The Team Lead, QA will mentor team members, manage outside resources, develop test programs, and report results to the project team. You will act as a critical point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and planning the internal and external QA resource allocation.

**What will you be doing?**
- Lead onshore and offshore team members and provide support as required.
- Contribute to the development of QA testing policies and procedures.
- Review all test bases and provide meaningful feedback.
- Perform project resource and effort estimations.
- Support the integration of automated test suites into the testing teams.
- Identify areas to implement automation with an aim to optimize testing quality and efficiency.
- Ensure all QA documentations are complete for all projects and initiatives assigned to the teams and signed off by the various stakeholders. (_e.g., test plans, bi-direction matrices, effort estimations, test cases, dashboards, defect logs, test summary reports_).
- Manage, create and resolve defects identified by collaborating with the cross-functional teams to achieve seamless delivery.
- Create daily/weekly reports on test execution and defects statistics to project team using standard test quality metrics.
- Escalate critical issues, blockers and risks promptly to minimize the impact on project timelines.
- Conduct various testing methods depending on project needs, including but not limited to these phases: Component, Integration, System, Acceptance, Sanity, Regression, Maintenance and Change related testing as necessary.

**What experience do you have?**
- Bachelor or College Degree preferably in Computer Science.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools like JIRA, Confluence, HP-ALM and others.
- Experience with automation tools (preferably Selenium).
- CRM and ERP systems working experience, preferably Salesforce CRM product.
- 3 to 5 years experience as a Senior Software QA Analyst.
- 2 to 3 years experience in leading QA Team members.
- Experienced in leading onshore and offshore resources.
- Hands-on skillset with API testing (Soap UI, Postman).
- Test Automation experience with SQL, Java and Python is an asset.
- Familiar with various automation tools i.e. Selenium, TestComplete etc.
- Knowledge of relational & dimensional databases to maintain quality throughout data pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum, Waterfall and Hybrid development cycle methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
