**General Responsibilities**:
As directed by the Operations Manager / Shift Supervisor, the Industrial Utility Cleaner has a key role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment for the operation of our plant facility.

**The Utility Cleaner assists in the efficient operation of production by performing the following duties**:

- Remove and properly dispose of garbage, purges, and waste corrugate.
- Provide break relief for Production Assistants.
- Works in a safe manner according to Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and Mauser Packaging Policies and Procedures.
- Wears required PPE such as safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
- Other duties as needed, assigned by Shift Supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Be highly motivated, reliable, organized, and detailed oriented.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
- Able to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Able to receive and provide instructions with a positive attitude.
- Is comfortable communicating, interacting, and leading employees.
- Able to perform some physical duties requiring average strength (e.g. lifting).
- Possesses basic computer skills - Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
