Summary of Position

This posting is for a Permanent Part

This position includes janitorial work, groundskeeping, seasonal tasks, and some maintenance.

**Qualifications**:
A Fireman’s Certificate or WHMIS training would be considered an asset

be a self-starter with the ability to work independently;
be able to handle various physical tasks involving lifting, bending, twisting, turning and climbing;
have the ability to prioritize multiple demands and effectively manage time;
be willing to work in varied climates and conditions;
have excellent communications skills;
