**Job Overview**

SINCE THIS IS A RESIDENT MANAGER POSITION, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO RENT AN APARTMENT IN THIS BUILDING AND UTILIZE IT AS YOUR PRINCIPAL RESIDENCE.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Resident Building Manager for our 72 unit apartment building located at 408 E. Columbia St. This role requires a hands-on and proactive approach to managing and performing maintenance tasks along with a strong emphasis on leasing apartment units as they become available.

Responsibilities include:
**Duties**
- cleaning (exterior, interior, parkade, roof top, washrooms and all other parts of the building); including vacuuming, power washing, dusting, mopping,landscaping, detailed cleaning, clearing garbage and rubbish etc.
- concierge services
- Leasing: tenant showings and related leasing matters
- tenant relations and notices
- coordination with all building contractors
- response to after-hours and emergency situations
- building inspections
- other property management and maintenance tasks
- rent collection

**Experience**
- Proven experience in building management and leasing is required
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively.
- Leadership experience in supervising teams or managing projects is preferred.
- Excellent command of English for effective communication with staff and contractors.
- Ability to maintain a logical approach to problem-solving in high-pressure situations.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
