We are looking for Licensing Consultant to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Licensing Consultant, you are responsible for processing and renewing vehicle registrations as well as responding to incoming inquiries & requests including billing related tasks relevant to the Licensing team. Our clients depend on us every day to keep them on road and ensure they are always compliant.

A Day in the Life- Process Licensing Renewals Monitoring- Ensure deliverables are completed to satisfy the monthly requirements within benchmarks- Process billing for all Licensing related tasks- Ensure all billing is received and processed prior to billing cutoff for month in question- Timely reconciliation of assigned Credit Card account- Execute incoming Service Cloud requests, ensuring accurate, detailed and on time responses- Serve as Licensing Subject Matter Expert, assisting FPS and Commercial team as needed- Ensure deliverables are completed to satisfy the monthly requirements within benchmarks- Assist team to complete daily tasks during seasonal highs & vacation periods- Identify opportunities for process improvements.

**Requirements**:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required- High School Diploma required- Comprehensive understanding of Canadian Licensing regulations and requirements is an asset- Bilingual preferred but not required- Fleet industry experience is an asset- 2 - 3 years Customer Service experience preferred- Highly customer focused, disciplined and organized- Self-motivated, positive- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities- Detail oriented and accurate- Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft suite of office products- Technological aptitude and able to learn new programs easily- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Productive worker with a solid work ethic
