Would you like to participate in a ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ project that will protect Calgary and its communities?

We are looking for **SKILLED LABOURERS** to join our team and finish building the Springbank Off-Stream Reservoir, 15km west of Calgary. The Springbank Off-Stream Reservoir will provide flood protection along the Elbow River in Calgary and other downstream communities.

**We are looking for a minimum of 5 Skilled Labourers to join our team for the winter season**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Perform tasks on the labour crew to support surface operations, such as loading and unloading materials
- Act as a spotter for heavy equipment
- Organize, clean, and maintain job site, equipment, and tools
- Assist with excavating, sanding, backfilling excavations and compacting/levelling
- Assist with site traffic and equipment control
- Complete production reporting and other documentation as required
- Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members
- Be a leader of both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all company, client, and legislated safety policies and procedures
- Shift based role, including nights and weekends
- Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

**Requirements & Preferred Experience**:

- Minimum one-year of related experience is preferred
- Demonstrates an awareness and understanding of safety and OH&S policies
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and CSTS 2020
- Some computer skills may be required
- Must be able to lift over 50lbs repetitively
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
- Reliable transportation required
- Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
