**Skilled Construction Labourer, Full Time**

We are looking for **experienced Full Time Skilled Construction Labourers** to join our construction team

**Duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Assist with building site preparation
- Assist with assembly and stripping concrete formwork
- Hand excavation and snow removal
- Spreading, shoveling and raking material such as dirt, gravel and fill material
- Setting up pumps and dewatering construction sites
- Assembling heating and hoarding structures, maintaining construction heaters
- Housekeeping, general cleanup and site maintenance
- Cleaning construction sites and yards
- Will work with or near moving equipment
- Duties may vary depending on previous work experience
- Other similar duties as required
- Follow EMCOR Safety Programs, Security Policies and Corporate Policies

**Qualifications**
- Have 5 years previous construction labouring experience or labour experience in a related field
- Previous work in commercial and industrial building construction is a plus
- Previous experience working with hand and power tools
- Be in good health and physically fit

**Skills and Attributes**
- Able to work alone or as part of a team
- Display good verbal and written communication skills when dealing with other employees and contractors
- Hardworking and able to accept direction from a supervisor
- Able to regularly lift and move 20 pound objects during a shift

**Other Requirements**
- Workers must provide their own safety footwear
- Workers must have reliable transportation

**Work Conditions**
- This position can be physically demanding and involves exposure to all elements of outdoor work.
- Hours of work for this position are based on a standard 40 hour work week with added overtime as required.

**Salary**: $16.05-$28.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
