Our skilled and empathetic veterinary team is committed to providing expert pet health care and compassionate service to pet owners in the York Region, including Aurora, Newmarket, King City, Richmond Hill, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).- Requirements for this position are as follows:
- Able to provide excellent and expeditious client experience.
- Greet clients.
- Respond to client questions.
- Process incoming and outgoing pets, and handle payments.
- Answer phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs and scheduling appointments.
- Monitor client waiting area for cleanliness.
- Document and maintain client information, service data, and other pertinent information within the business operations software.
- Escalate complex matters to senior staff.
