Designers can turn their UI/UX design ideas into highly interactive prototypes for mobile, desktop, web, all the way to IoT and beyond. They can explore, validate, and test design solutions and ideas by creating very realistic, production-like prototypes without code and without the help of engineers. ProtoPie is widely used by various companies all over the world across many industries, e.g., Google, Microsoft, Meta, Nintendo, BMW, Samsung, Tencent, Reddit, Bytedance, and Disney. Plus, ProtoPie won no.1 Advanced Prototyping tool in the UX Tools 2022 Design Tools Survey. **[About the role]** We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented **Design Strategist** who has experience or understanding of designing the entire ecosystem of the service and user interactions. The responsibilities for this role include analyzing the ecosystem where ProtoPie operates, identifying and designing user touch points, and defining strategy to enhance ProtoPie’s visibility and utilization by aligning with business needs. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, including customer support, sales, marketing, and product teams, to deliver impactful strategies for ProtoPie’s ecosystem and communities. (This role doesn’t cover ProtoPie itself directly.) **[Responsibilities]** - Analyze the whole ecosystem, where ProtoPie is placed, and design touch points for users to get familiar with ProtoPie - Run qualitative and quantitive researches to have a deep understanding of customer and their context - Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities within the system - Interpret customer needs into marketing and sales initiatives by aligning with business needs - Evaluate the result of initiatives and optimizes the outcomes - Collaborate with cross functional teams in multi time zones **[Qualifications]** **Must** - 3+ years of design strategy or equivalent domains - Academic backgrounds- Design Management / Design Strategy - Interaction Design / Multimedia Design - HCI/UX - Industrial Design / Product Design - Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong verbal and written communication in English and Korean - Located in Vancouver and legally eligible to work in Vancouver (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or holding a valid Work Permit) **Plus** - Experience of ProtoPie or other prototyping tools - Community experience like founding, mentoring and managing **[How We Work]** **Team ProtoPie Works with 5 Company Values** **1.**Autonomy & Responsibility**: We respect everyone's autonomy while taking responsibility for freedom and for judgment between right and wrong for the company. **2.
