FunctionAbility would like to hear from you We are currently looking for a full time Business Support Specialist to join our Head Office team located in Concord, ON. As part of the FunctionAbility administrative team you will play a key role in supporting our operations with your administrative abilities. Please note this role is hybrid.

**This individual will be performing the following responsibilities**:
The Glue of the Hub:

- Incoming calls
- Ordering of office supplies (coffee, staples, printer, water)
- Ordering FA printed stationary (letterhead, envelopes, brochures)
- Maintaining office calendar

Coordinate Special Events:

- Fam Table (aka. staff meetings)
- Yoga Retreat weekend
- Other special events

Onboard new FA staff:

- PPE ordering and management of stock
- Ordering and coordinating HR equipment

Integrity keeper of Fanet & Client info:

- Scanning incoming mail
- File copies (including coordinating with therapist for clinical notes, follow up with legal and Accounting for billing)
- File storage (incl Ottawa)

Special Projects and Tasks as needed:

- Ottawa storage
- File Destruction for Pead’s
- RA CPR Training
- Ordering Assessments for Therapists

**Qualifications**:

- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable using computer software including Microsoft Office suite and customer information systems
- Ability to analyze and process information (data entry skills)
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- High level of organizational skill and customer focus within a multitasking environment

FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services is an award winning, accredited, multidisciplinary rehabilitation practice that provides expert assessment and treatment services throughout Ontario and British Columbia to persons with traumatic and acquired neurological injuries, and severe orthopedic injuries.
