Physiotherapy Aide

Panther Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation has been providing expert care since 1987 and is a leader in the delivery of acute rehabilitation in the Calgary area. We are looking for a dynamic Physiotherapist Aide interested in personal and professional growth.
You will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment as well as responsible for assisting the Physiotherapists with their caseload. Dynamic, versatile and energized by a busy schedule, you welcome the opportunity to demonstrate your strong computer, analytical and organizational skills and your success in meeting timelines.

**Your role**
- Acts as a liaison between the client and the Physiotherapist
- Assist Physiotherapists with busy caseloads
- Ensures that gym area is free of obvious safety hazards
- Maintains a presentable and organized clinic
- Assembling chart packages
- Processing discharged patient charts and provider reports
- Perform administrative duties as needed; photocopying, reception, supply orders
**What you will need to be successful**
- PTA/OTA diploma considered an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong critical thinking
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong computer abilities
- Ability to complete light administrative tasks as needed
- Take and follow direction well with ability to work autonomously
