**HR Specialist (Part‑Time, 15 hrs/week)**

**Location**: Mississauga, ON - On-site (flexible 3×5‑hour schedule)
**Schedule**: Fixed 15 hours per week; set days/times in coordination with team
**Hourly Rate**: CAD 22-28/hr (commensurate with experience)

**About Us**

Spectacokids is a dedicated ABA therapy provider in Mississauga, empowering individuals through evidence‑based Applied Behaviour Analysis. We’re looking to enhance our clinical mission by adding a part-time **HR Specialist** to bolster HR operations, compliance, and team support.

**What You’ll Do**
- Full-cycle HR support for team members: recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and staff orientation
- Manage HRIS & payroll processes (ADP)
- Coordinate WSIB claims, Form 7 submissions, and benefits administration
- Develop and update HR policies, compliance documents, and training modules
- Support performance reviews, employee files, and scheduled check-ins

**What You Bring**
- CHRP/CPHR designation or HRM diploma/certificate in progress
- 1-3years of HR experience; healthcare/agency setting preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS/payroll platforms (Dayforce, ADP, etc.)
- Solid working knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards, WSIB, OHSA
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- A collaborative, positive approach to supporting both clinical and administrative staff

**Nice to Have**
- Experience working in healthcare or social services
- Familiarity with ABA agency structures and staff dynamics
- Bilingual (English/French) capabilities
