Job Overview HR Solution Specialist – Körber Körber is the home for passionate people who innovate, collaborate and love what they do. We develop future technologies and support talents to deploy their skills. The role focuses on providing end‑to‑end customer support for HR and benefits administration across North America. Responsibilities Act as Benefits Administrator for North American benefit programs (health insurance, 401(k), STD, LTD, Life, etc.). Provide first and second‑level support for all HR related inquiries from employees and managers. Serve as subject matter expert on plan eligibility, compliance, ACA reporting, and annual audit requirements. Act as primary contact for plan vendors and third‑party administrators. Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes. Prepare, collect and organize data for “go to market” assessments. Produce work according to defined standards and policies. Drive continuous process and solution improvements. Serve as expert for employee life‑cycle administration: job offers, onboarding, termination processing. Escalate questions to HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence as required. Develop comprehensive understanding of HR Shared Services operations, processes and systems. Identify, research and work cross‑functionally to address employee and manager needs. Own several Service Delivery Model (SDM) processes. Perform archiving, contract and document management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. 3‑5 years of experience in Human Resources. Effective communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and general HRIS preferred. English language proficiency. Efficient in Excel; mastery not required.
