**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrate our painting services to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable painting solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new painting techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the painting or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
