**Description**
We are currently looking for a passionate Business Development Specialist who sees themself as self starter, who is innovative and motivated to develop business in a dynamic and simulating environment. This person understands well the Québec business community and its players and has the ability to collaborate with our partners and take steps to initiate projects to develop business within specific industries and practice areas. We are looking for someone who will be a positive and energic influence on our business and people and who will integrate well with our local and national teams by being a respectful and valuable contributor. That person must have superior abilities in communication to express themselves in a concise and diplomatic manner in both French and English, in writing as well as in verbal communications. The person should be a strategic thinker with analytic skills and demonstrates the ability to provide creative and collaborative solutions to support client and business development initiatives, prioritize objectives and be accountable for exemplary work product.

**Position Requirements**:
- Education and Experience_
University degree (BA) in marketing or communications or a law degree plus seven to ten (7-10) years of related marketing or business development experience within a professional services firm (law firm experience is preferable). An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
