- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Help Implement promotional strategies to enhance sales performance and meet store targets.
- Help to Conduct regular assessments of store performance, analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment that reflects brand standards.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and courtesy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in store management or a similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to inventory control, scheduling, and reporting.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse customer bases.
- Strong etiquette for effective communication with customers and vendors.
- Ability to train staff to enhance staff skills and performance.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
