**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly.
- Maintain an organized and clean store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Promote store sales and special offers to encourage customer purchases.
- Utilize technology effectively to assist customers with product information and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of service.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash accurately.
- Organizational skills to keep the store tidy and efficiently manage stock levels.
- Ability to learn about technology products for effective technical sales support.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.
