**DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:

- Detailed cleaning of residential and commercial units
- Following proper procedures and safety protocols
- Detailed cleaning of residential and commercial units
- Cleaning of Biohazardous and Non-Biohazardous jobs
- _**Biohazardous jobs**_ include: pest management (bed bugs, cockroaches, etc.), crime scene cleaning (trauma, death), narcotics (paraphernalia), bodily fluids, animal waste (pigeon feces, dog/cat/ mice, etc.)
- **Non-Biohazardous jobs**: move out cleaning (full top to bottom: ovens, windows, bathrooms, walls, fixtures), post-construction cleaning (wipe downs, windows, floors)
- Communication with clients, Project Managers, Scheduling Administrator, etc. (phone etiquette)
- Driving company vehicles to and from sites
- Packing loads by following checklists

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Keen attention to detail
- Have a Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Clean Drivers Abstract (3 years)
- Clean Criminal Background check
- Minimum of 3 years consistent driving insurance
- Experience with hand tools preferred
- Full time availability Monday to Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
- Some weekend work and overtime will be required
- Reliable form of transportation (to office only)
- Working smart phone

**COMPENSATION**:

- Competitive hourly wage
