**Job duties**:

- Plan, direct, organize, control, and evaluate, through middle managers, the operations of the organization in relationship to established objectives.
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implementing the company’s organizational policies and programs.
- Establish financial and administrative controls for the company.
- Formulate and approve promotional campaigns for the company.
- Approve all human resources planning, including establishing and organizing the company’s departments and appointing the managers who will run them.
- Select the company’s managers and provide them with the required tools and authority to manage their departments effectively.
- Serve as the company’s representative in an official capacity, for example during negotiations, or authorize another member of the company’s management team to represent the company.

**Skills requirements**
- **Required education**:

- An MD degree and board certification as a Medical Affairs Specialist are preferred.
- An advanced degree in business or healthcare administration is preferred.
- **Required work experience**:

- 10+ years of experience as a Director, Senior Vice President or Vice President in a well-established medical device regenerative medicine company.
- 5+ years of experience running a profitable consulting company in medical affairs, supporting the medical industry.
- 5+ years of experience in due diligence and business development.
- 5+ years of experience in clinical strategy and clinical affairs.
- 5+ years of experience in drafting CER packages and working experience with EU MDR.
- Proven ability in consulting contract negotiations and in securing clients and projects from Canadian and global clients.
- Proven organizational leadership ability.
- Proven ability to collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in research, publications, advisory boards, medical education, and product development in the US, Canada, and/or other countries.
- At least one year of relevant work experience in Canada.

**Salary**: $61.54 per hour
