- You have an ability to analyze complex situations with multiple stakeholders and make clear and decisive decisions. *Responsibilities and Duties:*
- Prepare detailed and accurate technical reports, proposals, and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to gather necessary information for report creation.
- Ensure all reports are clear, concise, and adhere to company standards and client requirements.
- Maintain a library of technical documentation, including specifications, manuals, and guides.
- Consistently engage in professional development to hone your technical writing skills.
- Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Assist in developing internal documents and standards. *Qualifications:*
- 0-3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.
- Attention to detail and a strong ability to proofread and edit documents.
- Ability to work effectively with architects, interior designers, engineers, developers, contractors, and building operators.
- Strong understanding of technical documents and engineering concepts. *Bonus Assets:*
- Familiarity with CAD and REVIT.
- Understanding of the Building Code, Canadian Electrical Code, and local energy standards.
- Understanding of electrical building design, including fire alarm, life-safety, electrical distribution, lighting, lighting controls, and low voltage systems.
- Experience with building design, permitting, and construction processes within various jurisdictions. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year Benefits:
