**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bill of Material Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure that all components are accounted for and accurately reflected in our systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials for products.
- Collaborate with engineering to understand product specifications and requirements.
- Ensure BOMs are up to date with the latest product revisions and changes.
- Support procurement in managing inventory levels and material availability.
- Assist in the implementation of best practices for BOM management.
- Conduct regular audits of BOMs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct Lean audits, manage KPIs
- Provide training and support to team members on BOM-related processes and tools.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve any BOM discrepancies or issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Instrumentation, Mechanical or a related field.
- Proven experience in BOM management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and BOM software (e.g., Fishbowl, SAP, Quickbooks).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
