As we ramp up major projects near Comox Valley & Campbell River, we’re looking for a seasoned Site Superintendent to join our team and lead field operations. If you’re a confident builder who thrives on both structure and detail, we want to hear from you.

**Position Overview**:
The site superintendent will be responsible for the successful on-site execution of industrial and residential builds from two different site locations. This includes good time management, overseeing crews, managing subcontractors, and maintaining clear communication between site and office staff. The role requires strong steel structural building experience and a working knowledge of residential construction—from the ground up.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, labor, equipment, and materials
- Supervise structural steel erection, concrete work, framing, and residential finishes
- Enforce project schedules, site safety, quality control, and compliance with drawings
- Hold regular site meetings and keep accurate daily logs and documentation
- Work closely with the Project Manager to anticipate and resolve challenges
- Ensure smooth collaboration between trades, inspectors, and engineering consultants
- Represent the company professionally in all client and community interactions

**What You Bring**:
5+ years of supervisory experience in both:

- Industrial structural steel building projects, and
- Custom or spec residential homes

Knowledge of BC Building Code and local inspection requirements

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Ability to manage tight schedules and multiple subcontractors

Proficiency with reading blueprints and construction plans

Comfortable using project management and digital tools (MS Office, etc.)

Valid BC driver’s license
