**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take the initiative to complete tasks and solve problems.
- Knowledge of social media marketing
- Ability to manage time and prioritize.
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
- Use a cash register to ring up purchases.
- Be able to work at various times of the day.
- Follow Company Policies.
- Keeping the store clean and tidy at all time.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Provide excellent direct and indirect customer service.
- Answer phones and meet in-person clients in a courteous and prompt manner.
- Knowledge of POS Systems.

**Qualifications**:

- One year of experience in customer service. Retail industry preferred.
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Confident in giving style tips.
- Meeting sales goals.
- People skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Physical ability to stand for a period of time, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.).
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including weekdays and weekends. (During the day and occasional evening shifts)
