- Créer des spécifications initiales basées sur des spécifications d’image / bloc / échantillon original / indication designer
- Communication quotidienne avec manufacturiers internationaux
- Mesurez et adaptez tous les vêtements (Hommes / Femmes / Femmes plus)
- Corriger problèmes d’ajustement pendant la session d’ajustement sur le modèle en direct ou les mannequins et expliquer clairement comment résoudre les problèmes dans les commentaires
- Révision de tous les échantillons soumission, y compris l’image, croquis
- Créer un classement basé sur le modèle existant / créer un nouveau modèle en cas de besoin
- Maintenir les spécifications de bloc / créez des spécifications
- Savoir-faire patron sur l’ordinateur un atout
- Savoir comment corriger un patron est un atout
**Exigences**:
- Minimum 3-5 ans d’expérience en vêtements pour dames
- Connaissance de Microsoft Excel
- Excellente compréhension du développement de vêtements
- Habile a apprentissage rapidement
- Forte compétence en communication
- Capacité de travailler en équipe
- Axé sur le détail
- De solides compétences organisationnelles

Position Summary:
Thread Collective Inc is looking for a Fit and Spec Technician to join our team and to help expand further our line and better our execution.
**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Create initial specs based on picture / block specs / original sample / designer indication
- Daily communication and follow-up with overseas factories
- Measure and fit all garment (Men’s / Ladies / Ladies Oversize)
- Asset fit problem during fitting session on live model or mannequins and clearly explain how to fix issues in comments
- Review sample submission for overall quality and workmanship
- Comments all samples submission, including picture, sketch
- Create grading based on existing template / create new template when needed
- Maintain block specs / create bock specs
- Pattern making on computer an asset
- Pattern knowledge
**WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT**

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ladies fit & spec / pattern
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent understanding of garment construction
- Fast learning skills
