**Requirements**:

- Education: University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience managing M&E scope on large-scale

construction projects
- Proven experience in site coordination, commissioning, and contract administration of

M&E systems
- Bilingual (French-English) oral and written communication (an asset)
- Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, and construction coordination platforms
- LEED accreditation is an asset
- Working knowledge of construction techniques, drawings, specs, and applicable industry

standards
