- Conduct construction painting and touch-ups
- Operate heavy equipment as needed
- Assist with construction estimating and project planning
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Experience in caulking, tile laying, cabinet installation, and construction painting
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or excavators
- Knowledge of construction estimating and project planning
- Strong carpentry skills
- Ability to plumb and perform basic electrical work
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks

**Salary**: $21.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
