Quality Manager

**Duties**:

- Analyze quality control processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures
- Develop and maintain documentation of quality control processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, or quality management)
- Proven experience in quality management or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
